Italy’s fashion sweetheart and contributing editor to Vogue, Erica Pelosini, and Dutch shoe designer, Louis Leeman, decided to exchange their vows in Capri. Erica wanted the wedding to feel very Capri, but at the same time wanted plenty of whimsical and bohemian touches to reflect her and her lifestyle, blended into the natural environment of their surroundings. It was a religious ceremony – they had no altar however, they decided to use the two natural orange trees as their “altar” instead, which they stood in front of. Each guest was given a balloon with a tiny message to release the balloon after the couple say I do. The balloons were tied to old school Italian lollipops.
