October is in full swing, and it’s high time to have a look at romantic fall wedding shoots. Nothing sounds more romantic to me right now than a wooded autumn wedding at dusk….dreamy, right?!
This styled inspiration comes by way of Australia’s gorgeous Sunshine Coast Hinterland, a stunning backdrop of lush greens off the coast of Queensland. Made to Match Events collaborated with Woods & Bloom to create a day full of rich colors, local foods, and even an open-air yurt to put an ‘indie’ spin on the classic tent.
The bride wore a long-sleeve gown from Karen Willis Holmes‘ new collection, with a train, upping the drama with a half updo by Sass & Niki and makeup by Natalie Hunter. The stars of her wildflower bouquet were willow branches, peonies and bold-colored roses. The groom was wearing a light grey checked suit, a white shirt and amber shoes.
How good is this backdrop by Woods & Bloom? Simple lines with a punch of color – the perfect blend of modern and wild! For the reception area, the team setup a bamboo yurt with a more bohemian style. We love this trend! Made To Match Events provided the tabletop rentals and we can’t help but notice how perfectly these geometric napkins match the save the dates!
Love this idea for a cake display! SweetP Cakes & Cookies created a towering cake with gorgeous hand-painted details by Lindqvist Ink. The picnic setting with blue velvet is gorgeous and very trendy, and look at those printed pillows! Some of the best wines, cheeses and fruits in Australia are grown right in the hinterland regions of the Sunshine Coast! The mouthwatering picnic spread was created by Lavish Platters.
