Though Easter is still far, this wedding shoot will bring a touch of this cozy spring holiday. This is an incredibly lovely pastel Peter Rabbit Spring shoot. The inspiration of Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit, is demonstrated by the setting (he was rather fond of the vegetable garden), with the bride’s classic bun with the diamante a fluffy hair piece twisted around like a bunny tail, her cute blue shoes and the groom’s casual summer attire with a Light Blue Jacket.
The delightful concept portraits Beatrix Potter character, Mr McGregor’s garden in full bloom with homegrown flowers and succulent vegetables, making for not only a gorgeous backdrop but inspiring table centrepieces, bouquets and buttonholes too. The veggie garden turned out to be a hidden gem, which is easy to style and accessorize for many weddings keeping its own traditional flowers. From the bouquet, buttonhole, table style and the cake the humble vegetable and a couple of fruits became the stars of the day. The stylists used artichokes, onions, chives, cabbages, mint, apples, cosmos, and runner beans whilst keeping a soft color palette of greens and lilacs.
The bride was wearing a classic lace A-line wedding dress with a deep V-neckline and a cutout back with pompom ties for decor, she was rocking an elegant low bun and the bespoke bright blue shoes with a floral print. The groom was rocking neutral pants, a white shirt and a light blue blazer. Take a look at more pics to get inspired!
