I love DIY projects that are simple and clever like this one. I like the idea of picking a saying that would fit you as a couple or your theme and placing it as a cake topper. Here’re the supplies: ¾” wood block letters or numbers, ¼” dowels cut to 6”–12”, Martha Stewart crafts paint, tacky glue, paint brush and wax paper. Begin with cutting ¼” dowels down to about 6”-12”. The height of the sticks is up to you, they should just fit your words and designs. Then smooth the cut edges with a sand paper.
