I know it’s too early to speak about winter nuptials but I just can’t help sharing this gorgeous winter wedding! I’m sure that those of you who are planning a beautiful winter big day will get inspired from this wedding. We’re off to snowy Bavaria, for the coziest of weddings in an Alpine cafe with gorgeous Katja and Fabian, a couple who are clearly head over heels for each other.
The bride was wearing a Truvelle gown with the prettiest sequinned bodice, it’s perfect for a Winter wedding and looks so beautiful against the white pine backdrop. The gown was in soft pastel shades, and the shoes were a perfect fit: ankle strap shoes with glitter hearts on the strap. She also rocked a neutral short cardigan for the photos taken outside and loose wavy hair for a chic and romantic look. The groom was rocking a black two-piece suit with a tie that matched the wedding gown’s color.
Since it was a winter wedding, the couple wanted delicate blue/grey tones. All the wedding stationary was done and personalized by the bride’s sister who is an artist and a calligrapher. For the flower decoration the couple chose eucalyptus and the roses and small flowers matching the wedding dress. Otherwise, there was plenty of wood matching the location.
As for the cake, Katja and Fabian didn’t want a greasy buttered cake, so they chose a naked wedding cake with fruits. There was regional Bavarian food served to embrace the location and feel the spirit.
