Today we have a rustic fall wedding documented by Stilo Photography in Spain. The couple had been together 11 years when he proposed to her under the Tanzanian stars on a beach in Zanzibar, so they had a lot to celebrate.
They gave their wedding planner Opi of Open the Door Events a brief of what type of venue they wanted—a relaxing, rustic country getaway. She did a fantastic job and gave them a shortlist of four amazing venues. Everything about their venue from its stunning location to its rustic charm to the warmth and hospitality bestowed on them from the owner and her wonderful staff. All the food was locally and organically grown as well as the wine.
The bride was wearing a sweetheart neckline wedding dress and a side swept curly hairstyle. Her bouquet was a dusty one, with eucalyptus and succulents. The groom rocked a navy suit with a white shirt and tie. The bridesmaids were wearing midi separates with floral tops and ivory skirts.
The tables were laid with a neutral patterned tablecloth, the table runners were also rather dusty-looking and had the same succulents and eucalyptus as the bridal bouquet. Royal blue accents on plates and glasses made the look pop up. There were many rustic details added: wood branches, crates, hoops and other stuff that made the wedding sweet, cozy and homey-like.
This is a nice shoot full of ideas to get inspired for those who want a cozy fall wedding with a homey feel, homey food and wine. Get inspired!
