You’ll need a pair of pumps, ribbon, needle and thread, hot glue gun. First measure a length of ribbon that is double the length of the back of your pump. Then using your needle and thread (or sewing machine), sew a straight seam along one side of the ribbon. Accurately ruche your fabric together, adjust your ruffle and tie off the thread. Finally, glue your ruffle to the back of your pump. They’re ready to be worn on wedding party!
