Winter is in full swing, and it’s time to spoil yourself with some adorable winter weddings and photo shoots. The wedding we are sharing today is full of cozy traditional decor, plaid flannel and marshmallows – what can be better for winter?
This mountain wedding at Devil’s Thumb Ranch Resort and Spa was filled with lush greenery and cozy plaids. There was no color scheme, only different shades of plaid flannel. The tablescapes were rustic ones, with plaid table runners, wood slice chargers and greenery centerpieces. Don’t forget the hot cocoa bar – keeping the guests cozy is essential and nothing can do it better than hot cocoa. There was a lot of greenery and even the bridal bouquet was a greenery one as it looks bolder in the backdrop of white snow.
The bride was wearing a beautiful mermaid lace wedding dress with an illusion plunging neckline and an illusion back on a row of buttons. She was also wearing a veil and red Manolo Blahnik shoes, a pair of sapphire earrings with diamond and sapphire jackets surrounding and her grandmother’s wedding band. The groom was rocking a classic black suit with a white shirt and a black tie.
The wedding cake was a semi-naked one topped with some greenery and a bloom, which is a great idea for a rustic wedding.
