Winter isn’t that far, and it’s high time to get inspired with beautiful snowy wedding shoots and real weddings. While we are used to see either white and silver or green and red snowy weddings, the elopement shoot we are sharing today features an unexpected color scheme filled with pinks. Let’s dive in!
This Minnesota elopement shoot was created by Studio under the Sky. With a soft color palette of pink, gray, and silver, this snowy shoot a dreamy wonderland. The decor is about modern style but with family heritage heirlooms like the handcrafted pottery and vintage silverware. The tablescape was inspired by the environment of the North Shore of Lake Superior. The plates, and all additional dishes were handmade.
The bride was wearing a beautiful modern blush wedding dress with a halter neckline and covered up with a chic blush top with a floral applique on it. She was rocking a wavy side updo with a rhinestone hairpiece and matching earrings for a romantic feel. She was carrying a totally gorgeous bouquet with blush, hot pink, mauve, lilac and white blooms and featured much texture. The groom was wearing a grey suit with a silver bow tie.
A usual wedding cake was substituted with a duo of creative and cute cupcakes topped with cream, an edible bird topper and a candy cane. They were displayed in a cloche surrounded with a large greenery and flower wreath for a chic look, love this idea!
