Portland, Oregon, wedding cake designer Marcella Robin of MRobin Cake Design draws on her background as a sculptor and visual artist to bake “entremet” style wedding cakes that are absolute works of art! According to Marcella, entremet cakes are made with an outer layer of a decorative sponge cake which allows for her creative, modern designs, and inside layers of mousse, bavaroise, dacquoise, sponge cake, caramels, fruit and other fillings. We’ve posted a lot of different wedding cakes and you saw the most unusual ones, but I must say that you definitely haven’t seen any quite like these!
