Celestial bodies’ inspired weddings are very popular now, and we are sharing the hottest ideas only! That’s why today’s wedding is inspired by the moon and took place in the trendiest spot – in the desert. Nadia + Xavier’s ethereal day began in the desert and ended in the city—a voyage nearly as impossible as traveling to the moon!
The bride was wearing a gorgeous A-line lace embellished dress by Claire Pettibone and a long veil. The groom was rocking a grey suit with a light-colored tie. The sparkly and flowy bridesmaid dresses from ASOS were the perfect tone against the moon-like landscape. The groomsmen were wearing stylish black suits with black ties.
The ceremony took place in Joshua Tree because of its mystical and spiritual quality that provided the perfect environment for the couple to convey the promise of eternal friendship, love, and devotion. After this ceremony everyone traveled back to the couple’s hometown for the reception. The reception details were equally as stunning and magical as the desert dreamscape. The seating chart was a moon one, the couple chose bougainvillea as a primary flower for its resilience and ability to grow wild in a city full of concrete. It pops beautifully against the desert and warehouse settings. The wedding cake was a naked one from Cup My Cakez dressed up so beautifully in cascading bougainvillea.
