Star Wars are one of the most beloved sagas in the world, and it serves a source of inspiration for many people and of course for couples who are going to get married. The problem with Star Wars weddings is that they are mostly not harmonious and Star Wars elements look totally alien. This wedding shoot is different: the famous saga elements are incorporated with much harmony here and looks natural.
Wanting to honor Carrie Fisher’s memory and share their excitement about “The Last Jedi”, this bunch of creatives made an inspirational shoot. The shoot took place in the desert landscapes of Texas to depict Luke Skywalker’s home planet, Tatooine. Every detail emulates the films and truly feels as though you are being immersed in a galaxy far, far away. The color scheme consisted of two of our favorite colors, C3PO Gold and Galaxy Black. The wedding backdrop was a laser cut gold one, the wedding table was styled with white blooms, air plants, black plates and glasses. The wedding cake was a white one with geometric detailing. The wedding stationery was done in navy and gold for a bold look, and those letters look very Star Wars like!
The team created the perfect look to pay homage to Princess Leia, who wore a perfect white gown with an embellished neckline and a capelet to honor the Princess and styled her hair in a modern bun. The groom was wearing a black tuxedo. Look at more ideas below to get inspired!
