Flower lovers, have we got a show for you! Katherine and Scott, two long-time lovebirds, fell head over heels with the wild and organic beauty of their venue, Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm. They knew they wanted a greenhouse wedding vibe that tied in with the botanical aspects of the venue, so they brought in planners and designers Wild Heart Events to pull it off!
The inspiration behind the design is what bride Katherine called “elevated garden party.” Despite loving neutrals, Katherine knew they needed some color to pop against the backdrop of the Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm greenhouse for their reception, so Wild Heart Events and Siren Floral Co. used summer fruits as a starting point for a palette of mauve and plum. A lover of all things neutral, K wasn’t afraid to bring a lot of bright color into her wedding day! She balanced the bold with a more understated invitation suite by Swell Press.
K + S are the perfect example of taking “classic” and making it modern. We love S’s blue Suit Supply suit up against the delicate floral details on K’s Alon Livne White wedding dress. Are you in love with this lineup of raspberry, mauve and burgundy bridesmaid dresses too?
The reception setup in the venue’s greenhouse was the perfect example of how to add bright pops of color to a neutral space. Ventura Rentals provided furniture rentals and Bella Vista Designs came through with those rad pendant lights! Not only were there lush, garden-style flower arrangements on the tables, but they were accented by taupe candles and real Summer fruits!! Have your centerpiece and eat it too! Theoni Collection added in tabletop rentals while linens came from Luxe Linens and La Tavola Fine Linen.
