If you like intimate elopements of are looking for inspiration for your own one, this elopement of Conor and Marianna may inspire you! Take a look!
Conor and Marianna don’t like to be the center of attention, and they had never intended to have anything traditional, so choosing to have a very intimate elopement with just the two of them at the quaint Cooper’s Landing Inn in Clarksville, VA., was very natural. The couple are kindred spirits who are full of goofs, laughter, and share a love of all things nerdy. They witnessed their sweet ceremony in front of the little white gazebo and then spent the afternoon making gorgeous images of the newlyweds. They also planned to go camping the weekend after getting married, so they were able to have a celebration that fit their personalities.
It was raining the whole morning of our wedding, but right before Marianna started walking down the aisle, the sun parted and then she was glowing in the light. She was wearing a knee pink lace sheath wedding dress with long sleeves and a V-neckline. She was also rocking a whimsy headpiece and glasses. She finished off her look with whimsy taupe suede flat shoes for a more nerdy feel. The groom was wearing brown pants, a tan tweed jacket, a green bow tie and glasses, too. The wedding bouquet was done with white and purple blooms plus greenery.
There was a special four-course vegan dinner including a gorgeous buttercream wedding cake topped with fresh strawberries.
