This intimate and relaxed wedding took place in a greenhouse on the Californian coast. It was rather minimalist if we take expenses and rather simple, all about just 40 guests and $5,000. The planning was totally done by the couple and there are some details you may like.
The couple decided to skip formal invitations as the wedding was small and used their own website for inviting people. The greenhouse was already plush, green, and beautiful, so it didn’t require much additional decor: the aisle was lined appropriately with trees and there was a cute wedding arch. The tablescapes were very simple: just some neutral textiles, some florals and that’s it, there was no that special sweetheart table decor and stuff like that, which helped to cut on the expenses. The couple decided to add some balloons for a festive feeling, and that’s it. The wedding cake was covered with yellow rose buttercream to embrace the venue.
The bride was wearing a cool sheath lace wedding dress with an illusion bodice, a lace up back and a veil plus statement earrings to finish off her look. She was also rocking a ponytail, which is a cool modern idea. The groom was rocking a bold blue suit and a matching tie – a nice and creative idea for something blue, isn’t it?
