If you love boho style, forests and cabins, you’ll be head over heels about this amazing elopement shoot. The shoot took place on a rainy day but it didn’t spoil it, it got even a more romantic feel.
The elopement was earthy and non-traditional, filled with moody beauty. Rather than set up a traditional ceremony backdrop, Henry Tieu Photography used the a-frame design of cabin to frame the couple’s vow exchange, they added a rug and candle lanterns. When it came time for a celebratory dinner, Rain and Pines created a beautiful sweetheart table with black and white place settings and candles, one gorgeous floral centerpiece made by Bond in Bloom. Black chargers, plates and napkins and black geometric candle holders created a refined and chic moody look, gold flatware added an exquisite touch, and I love raindrops on the plates, they really add a natural feel. The wedding cake was a grey one, with creamy drip (drip is a hot trend to rock), decorated with greenery, blooms and blackberries.
The bride was wearing a non-traditional floral print dress with fringe and embroidery, she added black booties. The bridal hair was done with waves and braids, decorated with florals. The groom was rocking a black suit with a black tie and brown velvet shoes. The bridal bouquet was done with blush and burgundy blooms plus greenery, it was rather tender. Get inspired!
