All the details of this wedding from the venue to little décor elements were gorgeous. You can be convinced just taking a look at the photos below. Bride Nikki and groom Andrew created a beautiful and interesting wedding day for themselves and their guests. Wanna know about this awesome feast more? Then continue reading the article.
Nikki and Andrew met at high school, but at first they were just friends for years before they started to date. Later Andrew made an incredible surprise for Nikki — made a proposal. Nikki thought that she was going to meet her friends, but in a private room of a restaurant Andrew was waiting for her with an engagement ring (that he designed himself).
Cause Nikki and Andy both work in the building industry they wanted clean lines and the right balance of tones in wedding decor. The bride also paid her attention to the ideas of incorporating bright color flowers and geometric details into their wedding day.
For the ceremony and reception venue they picked up Port Phillip Estate with super modern architecture. And so what about wedding decor? For the reception decor they picked up marble feature place cards with geometric cubes, rose gold vases and many bright flowers. They also created marble welcome sign decorated with flowers. I think you’ve already noticed that flowers were everywhere. Nikki chose team Poppy Culture as florists for her wedding, so they created so many various adorable floral compositions and of course wonderful bridal and bridesmaid bouquets. They also designed stunning geometric arbour and bright flower decor for a simple two tiered white wedding cake.
Nikki’s dress was designed specially for her by Silvana Tedesco Couture. It’s an excellent white maxi dress with lace top. Shoes from Nine West, a long veil, nude makeup and a low bun hairstyle made her look completed. Four bridesmaids wore white maxi dresses too. Nikki picked up for them similar elegant maxi gowns with short sleeves, V-neckline and decor on both sides from Carla Zampatti. Groom and groomsmen wore classic blue suits from Oscar Hunt Tailors with black ties and white flower boutonnieres.
You need to know about one more original idea of this wedding. Nikki asked her ladies at her bridal shower to bring their favorite recipe. After that she printed all recipes in a personalized recipe book and gave them to all wedding guests as favors. And everybody liked it!
