If you’ve always dreamed of your wedding day being a real-life fairy tale, look no further for your inspiration! Philip and Sarah went for one of the most romantic fairy tale elopements we’ve ever seen. Hidden deep in the forests of Germany is Burg Eltz, a medieval castle that features some classic Bavarian charm. Mix that with the misty, wooded setting and the rustic fall foliage and you’ve got yourself a storybook ending ready to unfold!

At sunrise Philip met Sarah in an old village nearby the castle where they saw each other for the first time and then headed through the forests and into the castle. The whole journey in this rural area of Germany was absolutely mind-blowing! The fall tones mixed with the historical grounds made such a beautiful backdrop for the young couple. Seriously, this castle is the perfect venue for a fairy tale elopement. Romantic, intimate, historic and absolutely gorgeous! I love the serenade of the groom in front of the castle – so cool!

When you’re prepping your elopement bridal look, it’s all about the dress and the bouquet! The bride was wearing a romantic lace wedding dress with long sleeves and a train and a cape that perfectly matched the wedding dress and added an edgy touch to her look. Runo Blumen designed the most beautiful soft Fall design of tuberose, eucalyptus, delphinium, roses, hellebore and scabiosa pods! Such a sweet take on an autumnal bouquet! The bride was also wearing a natural makeup and a romantic half updo. The groom was rocking a brown tweed three-piece suit with a bow tie as an alternative to a classic tux and brown shoes.
