It’s time for gorgeous fall nuptials, and one of the first ones is this early fall wedding shoot captured by Cassie Loree Photography.
The elopement was set on the grounds of a vintage white barn, nestled in a field with oak trees. Inside the barn a custom-made agate slice backdrop was placed in front of the white-washed walls and topped with a camellia garland. Dried magnolia leaves were scattered near the backdrop to complete the scene for the ceremony where the couple would exchange their vows.
For the second scene, a hand-crafted dessert table made from worn barn wood was placed near some scattered, unused logs. Atop the table were desserts for the couple to enjoy together including a naked cake dusted with powdered sugar and almonds, frosted donuts, and a few pears. The desserts were mixed with small curated accents which included ivory taper candles, a strip of creamsicle colored fabric, and a seeded eucalyptus bouquet. All of which coordinated with the bride’s bouquet. The shoot itself captures a present-day romance with a touch of outdoorsy, vintage flare.
The looks of the couple are also worth mentioning. The bride was wearing a beautiful illusion neckline wedding dress, a simple updo and a greenery half-crown. The groom rocked a trendy man bun and a tuxedo with a thread tie with a geode – such a cool take on a traditional look!
