We continue sharing adorable fall-inspired weddings and wedding shoots that will inspire you to have a fall wedding. Today it’s a styled shoot from Emily Millay Photography, and it’s beaming with colors like amber, burgundy, moss green.
Inspired by the gorgeous scenic trails, rock formations and lush forestry of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park they designed a shoot to showcase nature’s beauty combined with an enchanted rich romance vibe. The stylists pulled in rich luxe tones like deep burgundy, blackberry and slate blue to set off the mossy rocks and natural textures. The florals were lush, eclectic and wildly romantic. The invitations reflected a moody gray palette, styled beautifully on a fallen tree overgrown with plush moss.
A gorgeous winding staircase naturally formed from rough, beautiful moss-covered rock served as a focal point for our romantic picnic-style dinnerscape. You can see wood chargers, gorgeous slate blue ceramic dinnerware and burgundy dip dyed linen napkins. All accented with gold flatware, amber goblets and vintage brass accents. The bride and groom enjoyed a picnic of baguettes and artisan cheeses with fig jam, nuts and red wine. The cake was beautiful with a slightly raw edge to mimic slightly jagged rock.
The bride wore a beautiful floral beadwork gown from BHLDN with long draping sleeves and the groom wore a sleek custom burgundy sport jacket with charcoal pants. Get inspired by the photos below and steal some ideas for your own wedding!
