If you are looking for romantic rustic wedding inspiration, we have it for you! Emyli and Matt’s wedding was rustic and romantic, inspired by the mountains and drawing on their love of the outdoors, motocross, and Emyli’s Jewish traditions for a celebration with serious flair.
The bride chose a beautiful backless halterneck Sarah Seven dress with a lace bodice, a cutout back (that showed off her tattoos) and a plain skirt. She was rocking a rhinestone headpiece with a long veil to complete the look, and look at that gorgeous pastel – isn’t it amazing? The groom was wearing a light grey suit with a black printed tie.
The wedding ceremony space was decorated with an arch covered with fabric and lace and with some lavender. After their ceremony, Emyli and Matt took themselves off to a beautiful aspen grove in which they said their vows in private to each other. The dogs took an active part in the ceremony and wedding on the whole. The couple DIYed a lot for the wedding: place cards, centerpieces, mugs and shoes were all homemade. The wedding favors were also handmade: the couple did origami with brown paper around the succulents and tied each one with a string.
The wedding cake was a white textured one, topped with a succulent on top. There were also macarons and cupcakes plus home pies served for the guests. So cool, get inspired and setal some ideas for your own big day!
