Hoops with fabric are not only a cool home decoration but also a cool wedding décor idea and even a favor! To make one you’ll need fabric, scissors and hoops of all sizes. Cut a swatch of fabric about 2-3 inches (5- 7.5 cm) larger than the diameter of the hoop you’ve chosen to start with. Separate the hoop into two pieces. You will notice there is a larger, exterior hoop with a tightening screw and a smaller, interior hoop. Rotate the tightening screw so that the larger hoop is at its loosest setting.
