If you remember, every bride should wear something blue, and we suggest decorating your shoes or flats with these pretty flower shoe pins of contrasting blue color. The supplies are chiffon or tulle material of blue color, a needle and thread, material scissors, hairpins. Cut two pieces of the material seven times longer than the hairpins. Fold them in a zigzag pattern, pinch in the center and slide it into a hairpin. Slide the pins onto the center part of your shoes and trim the material by half an inch. Pinch the material up and sew the material from one side of the pin, repeat with the second pin. Use the material scissors to trim both flowers on the pins to shape. Enjoy!
