Dreaming of pretty winter florals and cozy winter style? Then today’s seasonal and super gorgeous real wedding is for you! Ashlene & Noel said “I do” in an intimate ceremony at their local church before bringing their guests to Markree Castle in Sligo to be wined, dined and treated to a day and night of entertainment and dancing.
Their small & intimate ceremony took place at the beautiful St. Felim’s Church in rural Co. Cavan surrounded by their family and closest friends. With the remote location and the bare winter landscape, the couple really just ran with that and kept things simple. Lots of greenery, berries, burgundies and eucalyptus. It felt right to have nature and the beautiful surroundings at the heart of things. The bride and groom fell hard for the warm and cozy atmosphere at Markree. Markree is a magnificent venue with open fires, the spectacular dining room, the quality of food and accommodation, everything is of the highest standard.
Ashlene found her pretty dress from Pearls & Lace which she paired with a gorgeous winter berry flower crown and a seasonal winter bouquet in rich burgundy tones. Ashlene’s gals wowed in dusty pink, lace detail bridesmaid dresses from ASOS, while flower girl Belle looked darling in a white lace dress and cozy coat. The groom was wearing a black tux with a black velvet bow tie.
