This wedding in Italy is far from what we are used to see – castles, olive branches, Lake Como views and stuff like that. Ilaria and Stefano’s wedding at Villa La Colombara in Italy is another colorful affair for the record books. They went with a lush, jungle vibe and added a healthy dose of elegance for a beautiful but laidback day.
Ilaria and Stefano’s wedding was first of all a colorful, modern and unconventional wedding. From the choice of the arrangements to the choice of flowers and the setup, everything spoke of joy and nonconformity. The idea, right from the start, was to create a glamorous and young event, keeping the beautiful Villa that surrounded the wedding, as a background in contrast with a completely new line. Agnese Sogna Sempre planned their wedding and Sara Cattaneo Lab dreamt up the jungle-inspired florals.
Dinner took place in front of the Villa, with a beautiful uninterrupted table ready to welcome 120 guests. The decoration, in the Jungle spirit, saw an alternation of risers of various sizes with more spontaneous arrangements resting on the table. Another touch of color was given by the choice to put geranium red napkins on the table, in total contrast with the bright blue graphics.
The bride was wearing flowing floral Yoliah Spose wedding gown made up of all the heavenly details. The groom was wearing a black tux, and the groomsmen were rocking mismatching suits with ties.
