Looking for inspiration for a colorful summer celebration? Have a look at this amazing shoot! The idea was to merge all the things the couple loves about Northern + Southern California – the rustic-vintage vibe of the rolling hills + sprawling vineyards of NorCal and the cool + casual bohemian feel of the desert-y southland. The centerpiece for the dinner table was a DIY wooden dowel and Styrofoam sculpture that had poppies poking out of just about every opening. For food and drinks was created a “lemonade pairing bar” where three different types of desserts were paired with three different types of lemonade as it’s perfect for staying hydrated and happy in the glowing California sun. I love the cheerful colors and the eclectic style of the shoot, a perfect idea for a summer affair!
