Christmas has already passed but we keep enjoying some Christmas weddings and feed our and your eyes. Today we are sharing a Christmas at-home barn wedding in New England. The guys wanted their wedding to be an evening that gathered their closest friends and family and gave us the opportunity to thank them for loving and supporting them. That’s why the wedding wasn’t a lavish and big official one, it was a cozy and homey evening with the closest.
The wedding was rather traditional, cozy and cute, there were holiday-inspired flowers, a lot of candles and evergreens, of course. The couple hired our wonderful planners Francie and Britt from 42 North to manage all of the details, vendors, schedules, etc. necessary to pull off a wedding at home. The mother of the bride played an important role in organizing, she kept an eye on creating flower designs and decorations as she is in that business herself. The flowers, including the bridal bouquet, were in rich red tones to announce that it’s Christmas time. There were evergreens and pinecones to embrace the season and create an ambience and they made the venue so cozy!
The bride was wearing a lace V-neck wedding dress with half-sleeves and an illusion back with buttons; her hairstyle was elegant and simple – just a bun, and she also was wearing earrings. The groom went traditional with a black tuxedo, and they looked amazing together.
This traditional Christmas wedding has a lot of ideas to Pin, its simplicity and elegance just strike, there are a lot of amazing details from cool rich red tones to a cool candle-lit and lights decorated venue, get inspired!
