The winter wedding season is coming, and I bet that couples that are getting married are already puzzling over themes, styles, decor and lots of other things. I’d like to help you with that and that’s why I’m sharing a new and hit wedding idea for winter – Christmas tree farm as a venue and location for your ceremony.
Choosing a Christmas tree farm, you’ll get a rustic wedding with a touch of glam and tradition – isn’t it ideal? Besides, it’s super cozy and the place itself will scream winter holidays, and I’m sure that everybody loves them a lot. What are other advantages of choosing such a place for your wedding? First of all, you’ll get an amazing ceremony backdrop, magical, beautiful and unforgettable – so many sparkling trees around! Second, you’ll get a cozy wedding with a touch of tradition, glam and with a rustic feel. Ideal! Not it’s time to have a look at some ideas I’ve prepared to impress you.
Wedding Attire
Add a Christmassy touch to your wedding attire: you can go for a bold look with a bridal separate, for example, a white lace top and a red midi skirt. If not, there are lots of ways to do that: wear a plaid sash, a plaid cover up or a plaid shirt over your wedding dress. Red shoes or warm scarves ad a plaid bow tie for the groom will also add a Christmas feel to your look.

Wedding Decor
As for wedding decor, mix rustic decor with elegance and magical Christmas touches. Create a hot chocolate and s’mores bar decorated with evergreens, pinecones, plaid textiles. Rock chalkboard signs and floating candles in jars with evergreens and cranberries. Display your escort cards on a Christmas tree or with Christmas ornaments, which can also double as favors.
Wedding Tablescapes
Create table settings in the style and colors you’ve chosen: if it’s a Christmas wedding with tradition, go for red and green. An evergreen table runner with red roses, candles in gilded candle holders, wood slices as chargers and plaid table runners are right what you need for creating gorgeous tablescapes. If it’s a moody wedding, keep the florals dark, add evergreens and gilded touches for elegance.
