I’m always charmed by weddings on the coasts or banks, so this lakeside affair is an eye-candy! Katy and Dan got married on a small deck in the corner of the yard, with the lake behind them and the guests seated on the hill above. Their property is located on a small isthmus between two lakes with amazing views of both lakes, isn’t that perfect for a wedding? The celebration turned out to be a very relaxed one, and all those DIY projects are so precious! One of the many DIYs the couple and their families took on was making and painting various signs, including one that exclaims, “Yay! You’re here!” The color scheme was dark green and white – ideal for an outdoor wedding to merge with nature and look harmoniously. Enjoy!
