This couple decided to elope to enjoy the wedding experience together, without much fuss. And what’s the location they’ve chosen? Oh, this is a unique place, perhaps one of the most colorful in the world – the island of Burano in Venice, Italy!
The couple took a wedding planner and a photographer with them to make their day run smooth and nice. The pastel pops and vibrant colors of Burano drew the couple in and they played up all the hues in their dreamy portrait session with photographer Bottega53. Chloe, the bride, wore a stunning layered tulle dress, and an amazing headband made of real peonies, which were used also for the circle bouquet. She also rocked beautiful rose gold sequin wedding shoes.
Taking note of the vibrant colors from the day, Mami Louise crafted a confectionary delight – a multicolor wedding cake with a crazy and non-even geometric pattern, which was topped with a large fresh peony like all the other things around!
The island, famous for its merletto, which is an antique Italian lace, even made an appearance during their intimate sweetheart dinner! Pretty Flowers by Fioreria San Rocco seriously complemented the already gorgeous environment with all the florals. The couple had a romantic dinner in front of the tents, and they toasted, wearing comfortable clothing after a long day spent in Venice. This is a wonderful elopement and I’m sure that those of you who were hesitating, now will elope too!
