Natural Blush And Indigo Coastal Wedding

This wedding shoot is nature and coastal inspired, full of beautiful details and sunlight

This wedding shoot is nature and coastal-inspired, full of beautiful details and sunlight.

If you are looking for a seaside wedding inspiration, we’ve got a real eye-candy for you today! This natural coastal wedding shoot is a stunning idea for those who are looking for natural beauty.

A lot of the inspiration for the shoot came directly from the surroundings on the island. We wanted to embrace and reflect the natural beauty all around us and did so by using foliage in the bouquet that was foraged right from the island itself. The indigo tones in the paper reflected the color of the ocean as well as the overall feeling of mystery. They also combined natural + indigo tones with ceramics and rust to channel the coastal feel. Annie of The Wells Makery created a moody, romantic invitation suite, which was a huge source of inspo.

I love several blush bridal dresses that look similar but have different detailing. One is a beaded and lace one, without sleeves, and the second features blush color and white lace appliques. Blush and indigo or navy always look so awesome and contrasting together, I think such shades were a gorgeous choice.

Fun fact about this scene Lyndsay of Minted Photography captured at Bodega Ridge in British Columbia: Kate of Magnolia Rouge + the team planned for a more moody style to pair with the typical PNW clouds and fog, but the entire week ended up being sunny and warm. Enter an unexpected color palette: dark indigo and natural blues. You can’t go wrong with something blue!

The table was set in the same copper and blue shades as the staionary, which reminded both of the fall and ocean.
