Marfa, TX, is a small town in West Texas is a bit of a folkloric hub, with art installations, concerts, cultural festivals and it’s no surprise that a stunningly stylish couple like Tiera and Daniel would be enchanted and would choose it for their wedding.
Their inspiration was backyard chic; they wanted a modern take on ‘Father of the Bride’! They tried to sprinkle in touches of their relationship into small details of the wedding – like their love for the Beatles, and Dairy Queen. The couple wanted the funkiness of the town to be the canvas for their modern affair.
The bride was wearing a white off the shoulder sheath wedding dress with a cutout back with a bow and a train. A dotted cathedral veil finished off the look with chic and romance. The groom was wearing a black tux and so were the groomsmen. The bridesmaids were wearing mismatched black dresses.
Wedding guests flew across the country, and Bash Co + Events gathered their favorite vendors from Dallas and traveled across the desert for a modern, magical day. The ultra-modern stationery suite by Bare Ink Co. so stylishly contrasts the desert setting and black tie vibe. A rich, white ceremony semicircle growing up from the Marfa desert. The wedding tables were done with white blooms in sheer vases, gold cutlery and simple porcelain. T + D offered their guests to make love permanent with a fun tattoo bar.
