Portugal is getting more and more popularity as a wedding destination place: it’s sunny, warm, offers many beautiful coasts and has tasty Mediterranean cuisine, and the shoot we are sharing today has taken place there.
The team behind the shoot is Muza Weddings Concept and Adriana Morais Photography, and the aim was to appreciate life, nature, and each other. The place is an ancient farming village with a unique and extraordinary feeling of peace and mindfulness.
The team used very traditional and simple elements with a touch of a retro decor. The color palette was of bright pink, orange and petrol and dry blues, they were incorporated throughout from the table setting to the wedding cake. The wedding tablescape was inspired by ancient farm tables: there was no decor except for bold blooms in a jug and food as part of decor. The wedding cake was partly graphite grey and partly yellow, with geometric decor and lush bright blooms on its side.
The bride’s dress had a lacy and romantic skirt with a simple spaghetti strap top, which she paired with a handmade hairpiece. She covered up with a black leather jacket for an edgy touch. The groom was looking very handsome in grey pants, a white shirt and the accessorized made his look up: a customized handmade bow tie and colorful suspenders made the outfit more personal. Get inspired by the beautiful ideas from the shoot!
