Kaley And Ben are a creative couple – a photographer and a designer – and their wedding shows their creative feel at once. It’s a destination wedding that took place in Scotland and was organized just in four months. There were only 15 guests, and the wedding felt intimate and very unconventional.
The theme was a Scottish Adventure, it mimicked a secret garden but in a wild way, on the Scottish Isle of Mull. The ceremony took place up in the highlands, and the wedding reception was in a cheese shop, which was transformed into an enchanting space with personalized elements like welcome drinks, notes from K + B to their guests, and painted pebbles as favors. You can also see lush greenery and flower installations overhead and lush garlands on the tables, they created that secret garden feeling at once.
The bride was wearing two different dresses: a spaghetti strap one with a lace bodice and a layered skirt for the ceremony and then a boho lace sheath gown with long sleeves and a high neckline. She also rocked a messy wavy hairstyle and a floral crown for the reception. The bridesmaids were wearing mismatched peachy and blush dresses, and all the girls opted for rain boots for the ceremony. The groom was wearing a black suit plus amber shoes and a hat.
As for the wedding cake, the guys decided to take an advantage of the venue: they chose a pretty cheese wheel instead of a usual wedding cake.
