This couple chose a Mexican resort to tie the knot and was inspired by Spanish romanticism while creating their wedding.
We can’t help admiring Jacqueline and Ryan’s all-white Mexican wedding, which is so refreshing and perfect for a romantic venue like Leo Carrillo Ranch outside of San Diego. The charming, historic Leo Carrillo Ranch is tucked away in the canyons of Carlsbad and gave off the welcoming vibes J and R were after. The earthy, neutral color palette included ethereal hues of taupe, grey, and blush. During the ceremony, they incorporated the Hispanic wedding tradition of Arra which is a promise made by exchanging coins as a symbol of their shared wealth, prosperity, blessings, and community. The unique seating chart was made using vintage Spanish gates covered in white handmade maracas and greenery. They doubled as favors to shake to the mariachi quartet that played the bride and groom into the reception. Each one was adorned in a frayed cloth with each guest name and table number printed by Epoch Designs.
The bride was wearing a gorgeous sleeveless lace wedding dress with a V-neckline and straps, which was a perfect complement for the Spanish romanticism setting. The groom was wearing a grey suit, a white shirt and tie and brown shoes. The bridesmaids were dressed in blush maxi gowns and the groomsmen were wearing grey suits.
