The supplies are small pots of bulbs in bloom – tulips or hyacinths, small plastic cups, mini brown paper bags, grommets, ribbon and some paint. Remove each bulb from the pot and plant it in a small plastic cup. Place each cup inside a mini brown paper bag, decorate the bag with guests’ initials. Punch holes at the top of each bag, and add grommets to the front holes for a finished look. Stringing ribbon through the holes is a pretty finish, and also keeps the flowers straight in the bag.
