The supplies are 3′ round balloon, 1 yard of fabric, 1 yard of tulle, 2 pieces of scrapbook paper for geometric shapes, 1 ball of yarn, tissue paper tassels. Cut the fabric strips, tulle, and ribbons on the length you want. Make a yarn fluff wrapping a thick amount around your fingers, then tie together in the middle, and cut both ends of folds. Dot the tulle, snip fringe into the coral orange fabric, create the fringe tassels and make a bundle of them. Tie the bundle to your balloon. Add geometric shapes and yarn using some glue, put the first fluff under the geometric shapes so as to hide the top of the tassel and tie it to one of the sturdier ribbons. Enjoy!
