This gorgeous editorial was created by Green Wedding Shoes, it was inspired by outdoor weddings with a boho vibe, with the overgrown wildflower trend taking over and lots of color!
The shoot took place at wildly beautiful Wolf Feather Honey Farm, California. The wedding invitation suite was done to match the location: it was a cactus watercolor one. The wedding ceremony space was decorated with wooden chairs covered with white fabric and a gorgeous colorful wildflower crescent installation, which was partly made of fresh blooms and partly of paper ones. What a stunning idea for a boho wedding!
The bride was wearing a mermaid spaghetti strap wedding dress with a train and handcrafted jewelry made especially for the shoot. Her peony flower crown was also handmade for the bride, it added a tender touch to the look. The groom was outfitted in black jeans, a grey chambray shirt and accessorized with leather suspenders with brass hardware, a floral necktie and a genuine European leather bracelet.
The reception table was dotted with so many fun handmade finds: glass geometric candle holders (from Turkey!), organic beeswax tea lights, leather napkin rings, and even some more paper flowers amongst the real ones! The colorful wildflower theme was continued in the table decor: there were many lush blooms in the centerpiece.
There were two wedding cakes: a pink watercolor one decorated with sugar flowers and a textural buttercream wedding cake topped with creamy macarons and a heart topper.
