Today we are sharing a bohemian tipi wedding set in the Chester woods, filled with macrame backdrops, dream catchers, flower crowns, let’s have a look at it!
The bride created mood boards to pin everything boho and earthy to get inspired for her wedding. As for colors, these were shades of dusty pink, peachy coral and green. The tipi was the main splurge but it was worth it. The couple saved on wedding stationary and décor as the bride made it all herself. The bride also crafted a lot of decor herself: macramé hanging pieces and big dream catchers; she also made trailing ivy plant hangers that hung perfectly above the dance floor. There were lots of plants and cactus scattered around alongside hand painted signs with her favorite bible verses and quotes. The tables all had big centerpieces made up of the same flowers and scattered glass bottles and jars with more roses and ferns.
The wedding dress was a blush one with white lace appliques and wide straps by Maggie Sottero. She was also wearing a floral crown and a veil attached to it. The bridesmaids’ dresses were neutral ones, from ASOS. The groom was wearing a three-piece suit with a black tie.
As for food, there were gazebos outside on the grass and provided stone baked pizzas, various BBQ foods, salad bar and yummy crepes with all the toppings imaginable! The wedding cake was a sponge one with a lemon jam and cream in the middle. It was decorated with some foliage and flowers and presented on a big log slice.
