Moody weddings are extremely popular now, and if you want to choose this theme and a dark color palette, we have a great source of inspiration to share with you today!
Atmospheric, quirky yet romantic were the themes running through the styled shoot. Enjoy the darkness of the venue with streams of beautiful natural light coming through which was used to highlight details and create a beautiful contrast in the images enhanced further by the chosen color palette of rich emerald greens offset by beautiful pale pinks. The venue is amazing: dark atmospheric rooms with hidden treasures, beautiful wooden fireplaces and an amazing bar filled with spirits and wines. Upstairs is a beautiful room ideal for formal dining with a two grand fireplaces and plenty of seating with mismatch dark wooden furniture. Downstairs is a more industrial room with exposed brick and cool lighting.
To compliment the venue the stylists chose a dress that was sleek but with plenty of sparkle. It was a Jenny Packham dress with cap sleeves, an illusion neckline and an illusion back. There was also a two-piece wedding dress with a pleated skirt and a sparkling crop top for a change. The bridesmaid was rocking a strap maxi gown in a bold emerald color.
Amazing bold floral arrangements were created using the gentle pinks and rich emerald green colors to match the theme. There were amazing cakes created for the shoot, they helped to tie all the details together: a white cake with gold citrus slice decor, an emerald one, a naked cake with copper leaf and blooms on top.
