Botanical or greenery weddings are extremely popular today, this is a hot trend for many reasons – it’s modern and fresh, it matches many wedding styles and themes and it’s very budget-savvy. We’ve already shared some ideas for ceremony décor and venues, and today I’d like to tell you how to decorate the tables with greenery to make them look awesome. These will be greenery centerpieces, table runners or garlands and some more unique ideas that I’ll save for dessert.
Centerpieces
Greenery centerpieces are easy to make yourself: take some leaves and put them into vases or jars to create a centerpiece. Take some potted greenery and succulents to make an easy centerpiece – it’s a very eco-friendly idea, you can use these planters afterwards and not throw them away. Surround candles with a greenery wreath or just leaves, add a table number and voila, your centerpiece is ready! If you are looking for something bolder, try to place greenery on tall copper tubes, they will stand out and you’ll save some table space.

Table Runners
Greenery table runners or garlands are incredibly popular for wedding décor, it’s easy to make such decorations yourself. Eucalyptus and olive branches are the best options here but you can choose any leaves and branches you like. Make the runner super textural to add interest, incorporate candles and some cool geometric decorations or maybe even some blooms – blush, neutral or any other. Place leaves on each place setting to highlight it. Such deccor easily suits rustic, boho, backyard, modern, woodland and other wedding themes and styles, everything depends on what greenery and accessories you choose.

One more hot wedding trend today is hanging greenery or blooms over the tables, instead of runners or centerpieces or matching them.
