If you’re a pastel lover, but want to use these shades for your wedding in a modern, sophisticated way – then this is how to do it.
Graceful, sophisticated, chic, subtle, romantic and feminine were the inspirational words behind this raw romanticism wedding shoot. Each one a color palette of cool neutral tones, rich greens, a soft grey and a touch of blush. All styled to utter perfection.
The venue was Garthmyl Hall, which is a beautiful hidden gem in the Welsh country side. A picturesque secret garden, and the most adorable little white stone washed green house, prefect for inmate gatherings. The table settings were done with blush candles in copper stands, cutlery to match, silk and linen flowing perfectly, hand died ribbons from Lancaster & Cornish and cut glass. Chloe Robinson Designs created floristry perfection with her immaculate green fingers. From beautiful blossom budded branches creating a focal point for the ceremony to the grey textured urns that decorated the table beautifully.
The dresses were a selection from the beautiful E&W Couture. Gorgeous skirts by Ione & Scarlett paired with gorgeous little camisoles and a knit cashmere sweater from Boden. And the most beautiful shoes from Emmy London.
The cake, lollipops, shortbread and marshmallows from Marie Antoinette Cakes were divine. The bottom layer of the cake was a perfect cement effect, the middle a soft blush with hand drawn calligraphy and the top layered with amazingly hand crafted sugar flowers. The marshmallows were soft and fluffy and an array of flavors. The lollipops each made with pretty little petals within each. The biscuits were delicious!
By Moon and Tide Calligraphy created the invitation suite using a beautifully textured banana leaf paper and a gorgeous hand drawn calligraphy in a deep pink ink, which tied in beautifully.
