You’ll need tissue paper, screen crepe paper, floral tape, scotch tape, embroidery hoop, cotton twine, wire, wire cutters, scissors, and fringe scissors. First make lilies cutting out the petals and making stems of rectangles rolling and twisting them lengthwise. Using tape attach stems to the end of the wire.
