With a backdrop like The Fig House in LA, in theory little would need to be done to create wow-factor for an event because this place has a bold and bright palette, an enviable collection of furniture and art-deco inspired accessories – you can really design something one-of-a-kind like this gorgeous editorial shoot!
Every detail was a creative marriage of the space and the art in it. The authors chose to use a mix of darks and brights with warm golds and black. The Fig House features vibrant abstract art throughout their space, the perfect backdrop for statement pieces. Love the way that bougainvillea chandelier looks like another piece of art!
To keep with the stylish backdrop, a two-piece BHLDN dress for the bride was the perfect choice. And the bright pink bridal bouquet was a piece of art itself. Comprised of bold and oversized blooms, mixed with a few more delicate ingredients, Lauryl Lane created something truly special that was an ideal match for the fun Fig House setting.
Loving this look for the groom? The velvet is so perfect for fall + winter. You can find this dapper style, The Beckett, for your groom at The Black Tux.
A touch of vintage charm, thanks to this sweet cap veil by Camilla Christine, helped balance out the otherwise modern + colorful setting.
The table was the perfect mix of large and colorful blooms with cool, elegant place settings. That floral napkin ring was the perfect punch at each seat. There were marble accents like the hexagon charger plates and the table number. Candles are always a must and these extra tall black ones really stood out.
