This project is very easy-to-make and creative, and doesn’t take up too much time! Repeat it if you like this décor style. You will need scrapbooking paper, scissors, paper-cutter and hot glue gun or adhesive tape. Cut your scrapbooking paper into long strips. Each pinwheel will require two strips of matching paper. Evenly accordion fold your two strips of paper. Taking one strip, bend the accordion so that it is sitting in a half-circle. Add a dab of hot glue to the middle to hold the paper in this shape.
