We’ve already told you of infused sugar and vanilla sugar favors, and now it’s time for salt! Herbed salts are a cool and inexpensive favors which you can easily make yourself. The supplies are 1/2 cup fresh packed herbs, 1/2 cup coarse sea salt, glass jars. Using a morter and pestal, grind together 1/2 cup of fresh packed herbs. Stir in 1/2 cup of coarse sea salt. Spoon salt mixture into glass jars and let air dry for 4 hours before capping or corking. The craft is very easy, cheap and won’t take much time, give the joy to your guests!
