Fall is harvest time, why not pull off this idea at your wedding? The vision for photographer Leanne Sim’s styled shoot at Krause Berry Farms in Langley, BC was inspired by all things fall. Pumpkins, bright floral arrangements, pomegranates, wine and pies and of course a pumpkin patch are all key elements that come together to make this shoot a feast for the eyes.
The wedding stationary was done in rich fall tones, with floral printing to embrace the season. The wedding bouquet was super lush and also autumn-inspired, with fuchsia and marigold blooms, berries and pomegranates. The wedding arch was done with neutral fabric, greenery and rich toned fall blooms, surrounded with candle lanterns and pumpkins. The wedding table was matching – it was styled with a fabric runner, gold candleholders, a rich fall bloom centerpiece and little pumpkins on each place setting. Wine barrels with pumpkins and candleholders plus a chalkboard behind the table added a farm feel to the space. The sweets table features s’mores, marshmallows, a cozy pie instead of a usual wedding cake.
The bride was wearing a lace strapless wedding dress with a sash with fabric blooms and a draped bodice. Her look was finished with a floral crown and a dark lip. The groom was wearing a blue suit with a neutral shirt and a printed tie.
