‘Your day your way’ was the principle of this wedding shoot – be true to yourself and wear what makes you feel fabulous. Here’s an alternative inspirational wedding shoot to show you traditions and sartorial choices are only there to be followed if you want to.
Black is the main color of this editorial, a color that will be a trend in weddings in the coming years, resulting in elegance and a certain alternative edge, without being associated with a specific wedding style.
The gown is beautifully designed by Antonia Serena Atelier, which leaves aside the belief that brides can only wear white, and shows that the color black for a wedding dress, can be just as spectacular. The delicate lace overlay and layers of black tulle look lovely paired with the bride’s ink. Plus how about that chain back detail, gorgeous, right? With equally stunning hair and makeup by Dulce Wedding complementing the bride’s style, and a handmade headdress by Bodes de Tul as the crowning glory.
The steel moon gate by Steel Halo, together with the details of the Macramé by Myzali New Macrame made the altar a real focal point of our inspiration. Adding a sweet touch to the editorial, came from the hand of Platitos de Azúcar, who was responsible for making a beautiful cake in black tones. This, along with the stunning King Protea flowers by Efecto Floral look beautiful upon the intimate sweetheart table full of decor from AH Rental and stationery by MWD eStudio. All the details have been mixed to give a unique result, and complement the surrounding environment.
